In doing so, we are guided by the traditional rhythm of case processing; as a first orientation for the client, we provide online legal information.

Should it become apparent that further consultation is needed, the otherwise usual and useful client meetings can be carried out remotely. This also includes the GDPR-(General Data Protection Regulation) compliant exchange of documents during the remote communication.

This is preceded by an appointment; for this purpose, you can book an appointment (reservation) as needed with the help of the law firm calendar linked here. Please be aware, that this reservation needs still confirmation by us to become an appointment.

In principle, we charge for the advice according to the RVG (Law on the Remuneration of Attorneys).

In preparation for the online session, please fill out the client data sheet completely and send it to us in a secure manner.
